Eligible returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned if they are defective, not as described, or were packed incorrectly. Contact us with your order number, photos, and the issue before sending anything back.
What we cannot accept
Opened consumables, used items without a defect, and products missing accessories, seals, or original boxes are generally not returnable. Warranty service is handled under our Warranty Policy, not as a return.
