ঢাকা সিটির ক্ষেত্রেঃ

•ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এবং হোম ডেলিভারী ঢাকাসহ সারা দেশের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

•শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা মেট্রোর মধ্যে এক্সেসরিজ ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এর মাধ্যমে নেয়া যাবে। এক্ষেত্রে কোন প্রকার এডভান্স পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য নয়। তবে ক্ষেত্র বিশেষ ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম নেয়া হতে পারে।

•ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৭০/- টাকা। ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভার করা হবে।

(ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে)।

ঢাকা সিটির বাইরেঃ

•ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে যেকোন জেলায় ক্যাশ অন অথবা হোম ডেলিভারীর ক্ষেত্রে পার্সিয়াল পেমেন্ট আবশ্যক। ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে এক্সেসরিজের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০ টাকা এবং ১%(COD) ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি/কন্ডিশন চার্জ (কুরিয়ারের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী) অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে। ফুল এডভান্স পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে ১%(COD) ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি/কন্ডিশন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়। ২৪ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভার করা হবে(ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে)

•ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে যেকোন মোবাইল কুরিয়ারে নিতে ফুল এডভান্স পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। কুরিয়ার চার্জ ২০০/- থেকে ২২০/- টাকা। ২৪ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভার করা হবে (ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে)।

•ঢাকার বাইরের ফুল এডভান্সড পেমেন্ট অর্ডারগুলো আমরা সাধারণত সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে অফিস ডেলিভারী করে থাকি। সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস সাধারণত ২৪-৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রোডাক্ট পৌঁছে দেয়।

•ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে ক্যাশ অন অথবা হোম ডেলিভারী হতে ২-৪ দিন সময় লাগে। (Pathao Courier, eCourier)
